Began working in restaurant industry as a dishwasher @ 15yrs old- and hated it- so became a line cook @ 16yrs old and never went back to the pit... unless there was an emergency. (f.y.i -there was always emergencies)
Graduated Job Corps (see below) in record time of 4 months of attendance, leaving with G.E.D., as well as the Full three trade certification levels of the Culinary Arts Program before continuing on to obtain an apprenticeship at the well-renowned Driskil Hotel (4-☆ rated) in Austin, Texas, before hiring on the quickly expanding Chili's© franchises and completing the Brinker™ International certification programs required for advancement within the company.
